Michigan workers are not being fooled, that much is clear from the coverage of John McCain's visit to a GM Assembly Plant at Lake Orion, Michigan on Wednesday (Sept. 17, 2008).
MSNBC's "Countdown with Keith Olbermann" featured McCain's visit to the plant, in which the GOP presidential nominee made a lame attempt to connect with the "fundamentals" of the U.S. economy that he says are so strong.
But workers in the crowd wore their Obama '08 tee-shirts, buttons, and stickers. And when McCain finished, some of them chanted, "Obama '08, Obama '08."
That takes guts, don't think it doesn't.
Here's the video from Countdown. (Somebody needs to tell Keith how to pronounce Lake Orion.)

We must all rise up and be heard! Thank you UAW!
Thank you UAW for destroying Michigan's economy. The UAW is responsible more than anyone else for forcing auto factories to leave.
The union-demanded wages of $80 an hour for jobs that are really only worth about $18 an hour in a fair and free wage market are just not sustainable.
The only way out of Michigan's mess is to break the UAW by giving power to the workers. Let each worker choose whether or not to join the UAW.
The UAW had nothing to do with Michigan's economy being in trouble!
Look to George Bush for that and what he has done with his deregulation of banks and mortgage companies.
You must own up to the Republicans destroying our nation and the State of Michigan!
Bush ripped all the regulation from our trade agreeements and sold our country to the lowest bidder!
You Republican scum need to take a bath and get onboard with Obama to save our country.
Yes we can!
and Yes we will!
The first step in mending your awful greed and stupidity is to take responsibility for ruining our country.
The Republican party has ruined our country and it is time they own up to their mistakes!
